RETURN POLICY AS OF SEPTEMBER 2022

Cannabis Flowers

Not satisfied with your cannabis flower? No worries! Chronic Haze offer exchanges for your cannabis flowers within 24 hours (1 Days) from date of purchase. 

Flower exchanges are subjected to a $10 restocking fee.

Difference of flower weight from original purchased will be used for the exchange. Member is expected to pay the difference in value for the exchange. If the difference of value is less than the original purchase, member will be reimbursed in points.

Example:

You purchase $140 half oz (14g).
You smoke 2g of flower. Remaining amount is 12g
The product is now valued at $120. 

You decide to exchange for another $140 value strain.
You must pay the restocking fee of $10 & $20 difference.

Your total for the exchange is $30.

All Other Products

Products that are in its original condition maybe subjected for an exchange. Accessories are final sale unless defective upon arrival. If an exchange is provided, customers are subjected to a delivery fee (read more below).

REFUND POLICY F.A.Q

If your missing parts of your order, you can simply contact us and we will deliver and ship your missing product, free of charge!

We normally weigh our cannabis flower accurately with medical scales. However, in the case where you think you’re missing flowers you can shoot us a message and we’ll deliver/ship the remaining difference to you.

Contact us if you are unsatisfied  or have any questions / concerns about your product.

The product must be in its original, sealed condition in which it was received by the customer. We will refuse the exchange/refund for any signs of tampering or opening of the product.

We only allow up to 24 hours in regards to an exchange or potential refund for our products but 48 hours for cannabis flower (exchange only).

Yes, if your product is in its original condition, you may simply pay the difference and delivery fee (Same-Day $10 or Next-Day $5) for the exchange.

If qualified, partial refunds are reimbursed in terms of chronic haze points. Your points does not expire and can be used anytime. Points cannot be combined with other coupons, sale items and or chronic combos – essentially only regular price items.

Exchanges are subjected to a delivery fee of Same-Day or Next-Day. Any defective product upon arrival will receive free delivery.

Point refunds will be instantaneous. Exchanges will be available for our next delivery time slot. If you’ve received a defective product during our 9PM-12AM time slot, leave us a message and we will get back to you next day.
